You will feel more refresh and getting out of bed will be easier once you hear and see the special combination of sound and light the Wake-up Light makes. Clinically proven to work, the light will gradually increase in brightness over a period of 30 minutes, simulating a sunrise in the morning. The brightness of the light can be adjusted to one of ten settings; the highest setting is 200 lux. A choice of two gentle sounds will play to complete the wake up experience and the sound will gradually increase every minute and a half. There is also a snooze button that will play the sound again after 9 minutes.
